Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Information Collected while Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
- Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
Social Features Data
When you use the social features of Our Application, We collect:
- Posts, comments, and other content you create
- Likes and reactions to posts and comments
- Poll responses and votes
- Interactions with other users' content
Purchase and Subscription Data
If you make purchases or subscribe to premium features within Our Application, We collect:
- Purchase history and transaction records
- Subscription status and preferences
- Device identifiers associated with your purchases
- Payment-related identifiers provided by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Important: We do not collect or store your actual payment information (such as credit card numbers). All payment processing is handled securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions and subscription status information.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.
You can instruct Your browser or Device to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if You do not accept cookies, You may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to facilitate our Service and process your data on our behalf:
Supabase — We use Supabase for user authentication and secure data storage. Your account credentials and authentication data are processed and stored through Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase provides encryption at rest and in transit for all data.
Cloudflare — We use Cloudflare for content delivery and to host social features data including user profiles, posts, comments, likes, polls, and poll votes. Data is stored on Cloudflare's servers which may be located in various geographic regions.
Modal.com — We use Modal.com for our poultry classification feature. When you submit an image for classification, it is transmitted to Modal.com for analysis. Images submitted for poultry identification are processed in real-time and immediately deleted after classification results are returned. Neither Modal.com nor Kobe Tech LLC retains copies of submitted images beyond the processing duration.
RevenueCat — We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes and stores:
- Your purchase history and transaction data from Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscription status, start dates, renewal dates, and cancellation information
- Device identifiers to link purchases to your account
- App Store transaction receipts and validation data
These service providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Each provider maintains their own privacy policies and security practices.
International Data Transfers
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from Your jurisdiction.
Specifically, Your data may be stored and processed on servers operated by Supabase, Cloudflare, and RevenueCat, which may be located in various geographic regions globally, including the United States. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate data centers.
For users in the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: Your data may be transferred to countries outside your region, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and UK authorities where applicable
- Our service providers' compliance with applicable data protection frameworks and certifications
- Encryption and security measures during transfer and storage
- Contractual commitments from our service providers to protect your data according to applicable laws

Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
To manage purchases and subscriptions: to process your in-app purchases, manage your subscription status, provide access to premium features, and send you transaction confirmations and subscription notifications.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services and events which We offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or inquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

- With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers (including Supabase, Cloudflare, Modal.com, and RevenueCat) to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You, and to facilitate Service functionality.
- With App Store Providers: When you make a purchase or subscribe to premium features, transaction information is shared with and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
- For subscription management: We share purchase validation data, device identifiers, and subscription status information with RevenueCat to manage your subscriptions and provide access to premium features across your devices.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
- With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.
- With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside.
- With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
Purchase and subscription data will be retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, typically 7 years, or as required by applicable law.
When you delete your account, your Personal Data is deleted immediately from our active systems. However, purchase history and transaction records required for legal compliance (such as tax and accounting requirements) may be retained in anonymized form for up to 7 years. Backup copies stored for disaster recovery purposes may persist for up to 30 days before being permanently purged from all systems.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.
You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Data Security
