How to delete your account
- 1Open the Feathrs app on your device
- 2Go to Account › Account Settings
- 3Tap Delete Account
- 4Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm - your account will be deleted immediately
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover it or any of your associated data. Please export a backup first if you'd like to keep your records.
Data that will be permanently deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All bird records, health logs, and breeding history
- Egg production data and collection logs
- Incubation records and hatch outcomes
- Financial tracking data and expense records
- Photos and media uploaded to the app
- App preferences and settings
Data retention
Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes after deletion.
Data retained after deletion
- Transaction records - required by law for tax and accounting purposes (retained for 7 years)
- Support communications - email correspondence may be retained for customer service records
- Anonymised analytics - aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics used for app improvement
