All payment processing is handled securely by the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, or Paddle for subscriptions purchased on the web. Supabase - We use Supabase for user authentication and secure data storage. Your account credentials and authentication data are processed and stored through Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase provides encryption at rest and in transit for all data.
Cloudflare - Cloudflare hosts the Service's backend. Your farm records (bird profiles, health and treatment records, egg production logs, breeding and incubation records, tasks, farm team members, and financial records) are synced to and stored in Cloudflare D1, and photos you add are stored in Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare also hosts social features data including user profiles, posts, comments, likes, polls, and poll votes, and delivers this website. Data is stored on Cloudflare's servers which may be located in various geographic regions.
RevenueCat - We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes and stores purchase history, subscription status, device identifiers, and store transaction receipts. RevenueCat does not process or store your actual payment information. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple, Google, or Paddle.
Paddle - Paddle is the merchant of record for subscriptions purchased through the web app. Paddle collects and processes the billing information you enter at checkout, including payment details, billing address, and tax location. We receive only the resulting transaction and subscription status. Paddle's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Modal - When you use the AI camera for breed identification or a health check, the photo you take and any symptom notes you add are sent to our machine-learning service hosted on Modal for analysis, and the result is returned to your device. Photos submitted for analysis are processed for that purpose only.
Amplitude - We use Amplitude for analytics to understand how users interact with our app, monitor app performance, and improve user experience. Amplitude collects data about app interactions including feature usage, taps, page views, session duration, and diagnostic data. Amplitude's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy at amplitude.com/privacy.
These service providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Each provider maintains their own privacy policies and security practices.
