Refund Policy

How billing, cancellations, and refunds work for your Feathrs subscription.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

Try before you pay

Every Feathrs account starts with a 14-day free trial that requires no payment method. You get full access to every feature before you are ever charged. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Feathrs is right for your flock, because once a subscription begins, refunds are limited as described below.

Who processes your payment

Where you subscribe determines who handles billing and who can issue a refund. Kobe Tech LLC does not process payments directly.

Payment processor by platform

  • Web app - Paddle processes the payment. Refunds are requested from Paddle and decided by Paddle.
  • iOS and iPadOS - Apple processes the payment. Refunds are requested from Apple and decided by Apple.
  • Android - Google Play processes the payment. Refunds are requested from Google Play.

For web subscriptions, Paddle.com Market Ltd is our Merchant of Record. They are the seller shown on your receipt, so the charge on your bank or card statement will appear as Paddle and not as Feathrs.

Statutory refund rights

For subscriptions purchased through the web app, Paddle honours the statutory cooling-off period in your country automatically. If you are located in one of the regions below, you may cancel and receive a refund within the stated period of purchase.

Cooling-off period by region

  • 14 days - European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, Israel
  • 7 days - Canada, Brazil, South Korea, China
  • 5 days - Singapore

Outside a statutory period

If you are not covered by one of the periods above, including customers in the United States, refunds are discretionary. Paddle reviews each request individually, normally within 14 days of the original purchase, taking into account the reason for the request and how much the service has been used. A request may be approved in full, approved in part, or declined.

Final decisions rest with the payment processor

Because Paddle, Apple, and Google act as the seller of record for their respective platforms, their refund terms govern your purchase and their decision is final. We will always advocate on your behalf, but we cannot override it.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewals and is not the same as a refund. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are taken after that.

How to request a refund

Requests go to whoever took the payment, so start with the platform you subscribed on. Going direct is always the fastest route.

Where to request

  • Web app - Go to paddle.net. Use the link in your receipt email, or look your order up with the email you paid with and the last four digits of your card.
  • iOS and iPadOS - Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, then choose Request a refund.
  • Android - Open your Google Play order history, find the charge, and choose Report a problem.

You do not need to contact us first, and we cannot issue App Store or Google Play refunds ourselves. That said, if you cannot find your order, are unsure which platform you subscribed on, or a request has not been answered, email support@feathrs.app with the address used at purchase and the date of the charge. We aim to reply within two business days and will raise a web request with Paddle on your behalf if that helps.

Web subscribers can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, which is Paddle's buyer support portal. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
